COVID-19 Safety Measures at Mannington Commercial

As a family-owned company, we know the importance of putting family first. That’s why during these challenging times Mannington Commercial is focused on the safety and wellbeing of our entire employee and customer community. Like you, we are actively following the rapidly changing developments taking place with the coronavirus and COVID-19’s impact here in the U.S. and abroad. We have been making plans to ensure safety and wellness comes first. At the same time, we stand ready to meet your needs during these unprecedented days. Below are the initiatives we enacted to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers:

Work Environment

• Moved two-thirds of our office staff to working remotely from home

• Suspended all internal face-to-face meetings until further notice. All meetings must be conducted via phone, Skype, GoTo Meeting, etc.

• Banned all non-critical business travel

• Barred extraneous contact by vendors or non-Mannington associates in our facilities

• Maintain a minimum of 6’ distance physical distance between employees throughout the office, warehouse and breakrooms

Hygiene & Health

• Provided antibacterial soap in multiple locations and posted signage pertaining to proper hand-washing techniques

• Ensured hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations, including entrances to the offices and warehouse

• Discouraged any physical contact for greetings such as hand shaking as well as the used of other workers’ phones, desks, office or tools where possible

• Actively encouraged any sick or symptomatic employee to stay home in accordance with the CDC

• Encouraged associated to communicate about their at home family member’s wellness and provided flexibility related to being home and our attendance policies

• Provided disposable wipes to ensure common surfaces like doorknobs, keyboards, desks and other equipment can be wiped down by employees before each use

• Provided touchless trash receptacles throughout our facilities

• Increased cleaning and sanitization schedules ensure that frequently touched surfaces such as bathrooms, breakrooms, phones, etc are clean throughout shifts
