CALHOUN, Ga., March 31, 2023 — Mannington Commercial introduces Realities III, an update to its hard-working Realities II Collection, including 48 enhanced wood visuals and colors. The new collection is ideally suited for healthcare and senior living facilities, where hygiene, easy maintenance, cost savings and efficient installation are priorities.

Realities III comes in 6, 9, and 12-foot width rolls. Mannington Commercial is the only LVT manufacturer to offer these three options, which greatly reduces seams and provides significant cost savings. A floor with fewer seams is easier to clean and minimizes stress points across the installation. Multiple width options allow for seamless corridors. Seams can also be strategically placed away from patient beds and heavy traffic pathways which will maximize sheet performance over time. Mannington Commercial’s Design Solutions team can also determine exact roll use, a great planning tool for designers, end-users and installers.
