The release of Mannington Mills' 2025 Values in Action Report offers more than a look back at the past year. It provides a snapshot of a company evolving while staying true to the values that have guided it for more than a century.
Across Mannington Mills and Amtico, 2025 was marked by milestones both large and small. Some accomplishments can be measured in numbers, like new solar panels, volunteer hours or training programs. Others are harder to quantify: stronger leaders, safer workplaces, closer community connections and a growing commitment to continuous improvement. Together, they represent something bigger than a collection of initiatives – they reflect how we continue to put our values into action every day.
Investing in People
One of the clearest examples of that commitment can be found in our continued investment in associates.
From leadership development and professional training opportunities to well-being programs and safety initiatives, we have continued to focus on helping associates build meaningful, long-term careers. In 2025 alone, Mannington associates completed 13,493 hours of training and Amtico associates completed 852 courses and viewed 4,086 materials on LinkedIn Learning. New and existing development programs also helped prepare current and future leaders across the organization.
And in 2026 we’ve kicked off the next chapter of our leadership training with the launch of “Mannington’s Leadership Journey.” This multi-week course helps our top 100 leaders to understand how to first lead themselves, lead others and ultimately lead organizations.
Progress That Builds Over Time
Take environmental sustainability, for example. We continued to advance toward our long-term goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 through improvements in energy efficiency and waste reduction. In 2025, we took another step forward with the installation of 1,158 additional solar panels at our Calhoun facility, a project expected to supply approximately 60% of the Modular Carpet System’s energy needs.
Like many sustainability efforts, progress happens one step at a time. Over time, those steps add up. The solar installation is one example, but meaningful progress also comes from the less visible work happening across our operations every day. It's not enough to simply shift our energy sources from fossil fuels to renewables. We must also reduce the energy intensity of our operations. To do that, we have continued implementing energy audit recommendations and modernizing manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems and transportation.
Doing the Right Thing
Our commitment to transparency also took shape in new ways throughout 2025.
One notable example was the introduction of a Managed Substances List within the Supplier Code of Conduct. More than 30 substances are now prohibited or restricted, helping strengthen accountability across the supply chain and providing greater transparency about the materials used in products.
The work is about more than compliance. It reflects a long-standing belief that customers deserve to understand and trust the products they bring into the spaces where they live, work and learn. That trust is built through collaboration, not simply requirements. Our focus on material health isn't just publishing a list and expecting suppliers to comply. We also work closely with suppliers to help them understand emerging issues, improve formulations over time and advance shared goals around transparency and material health.
Care Beyond Our Walls
Throughout 2025, associates, Board members and Campbell family members contributed approximately 1,500 volunteer hours and raised $150,000 through our partnership with Feeding America®, helping provide 1.5 million meals for people facing food insecurity.
Across the U.S. and U.K., associates continued supporting food banks, community programs, schools and charitable organizations in the communities where they live and work. Those efforts also earned us the Vinyl Sustainability Council's Social Impact Award.
The recognition is meaningful, but the real impact can be found in the volunteer hours, community partnerships and everyday acts of service happening throughout the year.
Looking Ahead
If there's one theme that runs throughout the 2025 Values in Action Report, it's the idea that progress is ongoing.
As we look to 2026, 2027 and beyond, the work continues. Opportunities to improve, innovate and make a positive impact remain central to decision-making across the business.
For a company that has spent more than 110 years focused on the long term, that's what progress looks like: building on what matters most, one step at a time.
